About this wine
COLOUR: Bold Garnet
AROMA: Rich and vibrant, initial fruit hit of blueberries and redcurrants, with hints of tobacco, juniper berry and savoury spice.
PALATE: Medium bodied, with bold hits of blueberry, blackcurrant bursting through, giving way to plum. Damson on a long savory spice driven finish with hints of fennel seed and citrus oil. The firm acid and velvety tannins suggest good balance of drinkability and structure.
FOOD PAIRING: A great drop enjoyed on its own, however perfectly at home with traditional saucisson or Moroccan Lamb Tagine.
