AROMA

Rich and vibrant, hints of maraschino cherry, blackberry, cumquat give way to

earthy, brambly and gamey notes, lifted by the smoky, spicy vanilla oak character.

PALATE

Initial bursts of freshly baked blueberry muffin, flowing to autumnal fruits of blackberry, plum

and raspberry. The long finish driven by taut acid, fine tannin with notes of citrus zest, pepper berry, fresh herbs and oak influences.

FOOD

Slow smoked beef brisket or BBQ grilled Kangaroo with roasted

beetroot and feta salad.
