About this wine
COLOUR: Vibrant purple
AROMA: Dark black fruits are highlighted by lifted violet aromas. Hints of dried tobacco leaf and fennel seed, adding spice & complexity a tribute to the French oak maturation.
PALATE: Initial fruit flavours of blackberry and plum give way to black olive and smoked meats. The tight acid integrating with firm, rolling tannins creating a long extended finish on which spice & oak notes dance.
FOOD: Prime Rib eye or smoked pulled pork tacos.
