COLOUR: Dark Cherry Red
AROMA: Raspberry, black cherry and plum with lifted notes marjoram, curry leaf and white pepper.
PALATE: An initial hit of cherries, cranberries and redcurrants, medium bodied with firm acid and chalky tannin driving a long length, finishing with hints of pink peppercorns, fennel and aniseed.
